5 hour minimum per day

This rate applies to functions that demand on-location services such as hard-drive imaging when computer cannot be removed from location.

Reduced price for indigent clients, paid by the county.   (Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, & Orange counties).  This rate is reserved for the Public and Alternate Public Defender Offices and Court Appointed Panel Attorneys.

Travel time to and from locations required will be charged at this rate.  

All engagements requiring travel from Los Angeles to any destination in the continental US benefit from a consistent  flat $1000 base + $200/day travel fee that includes air transportation, meals, local arrangements, airport parking, hotel costs, and all incidentals.  In addition to daily rate.

All engagements requiring travel outside the continental US benefit from a consistent  flat $3000 base + $250/day travel fee that includes air transportation, meals, local arrangements, airport parking, hotel costs, and all incidentals.  In addition to daily rate.

Analysis, mapping, reporting on wireless carrier Call Detail Records (CDRs) and cell site mapping.

This includes the imaging of the device, basic analysis and reporting on content such as (if available): Deleted data, calls, SMS, images/videos, chatss, location information, etc.  

An advanced "deep dive" analysis of the imaged data may yield strategically more information such as cloud artifacts, web related activity, 3rd part app data, file and operating system artifacts, etc. when available. 

The time involved in making a forensic image, verifying the integrity of the image, copying the image to servers takes considerably longer, but we cap the charged hours to 3 hours/TB.
